Really, ANY words to describe the awesomeness that is captured in these priceless photos.
It's beyond difficult.
In just ONE year, this girl has made our hearts melt and faces smile more times than we can count.
She is the perfect combination of sweetness and stubbornness, tenderness and tantrums, and loudness and laughter.
If there is one thing I want her to know today and every second of everyday, it's just how much we love every single thing about her.
From that basically bald head and baby blue eyes to her teensy feet and crooked toes.
She is our favorite thing in this life.

We are celebrating this special ONE year old's BIRTHday today by taking her to her very first rodeo!
She is in love with any and all animals so I am absolutely tickled to be able to see her reactions today!

I just read this post and then of course the birth story and the other links, in tears!! I can't believe it's been a year since our sweet babies arrived. I will be celebrating Emerson's first year at the end of this month and I'm overwhelmed with emotion about the whole thing!
You have an amazingly beautiful little girl on your hands! Has it really been a whole year? I remember finding your blog and following along through her first months while I sat at home anxiously awaiting the arrival of our baby girl! I hope you all have a great time celebrating this weekend! :)
